At JRS one of our specialty services that we provide is comprehensive and accurate site appraisals. We provide site appraisals for a range of different projects, ranging from new retail complexes to urban extensions to small, medium or large building plots and mixed-use developments. We focus on the Local Authority policy for the area, as well as what you want built on that site and if it’s possible.
